Sponsorship-DEXS-2027-1

Every package is built around commercial engagement, not logo placement.

DEXS gives direct access to the operators, regulators and yards that place decommissioning work across eight basins. Partnership is priced and structured around what a partner gets in front of: named buyers, a main stage, and a matchmaking programme that puts meetings in the diary before anyone arrives.

Seven partnership levels, each with a defined floor position, stage presence and social programme access.

What Every Partner Receives

Before the tiers, the things that come with any level of partnership.

  • Named on the DEXS website, in the event brochure and across on site signage
  • Company profile in the delegate app
  • Access to the Campaign Forum matchmaking programme
  • Delegate passes, by tier
  • Access to Happy Hour and the Gala Dinner and Recognition Awards
  • Branding across pre and post event promotional material
  • Post event reporting within thirty days of the close, covering verified attendance, operator organisations present, countries represented, job function breakdown, and your own referral traffic and registrations
  • Design support from the GEN Studio for stand graphics, roller banners and backdrop artwork

Partnership Packages

Gala Dinner and Awards Partner

£15,000 + VAT

ONE AVAILABLE

Host of the evening the industry’s year gets recognised, aboard the ss Rotterdam.

  • Branding throughout the Grand Ballroom, on menus and on the awards themselves
  • A table of ten, plus six delegate passes
  • Two thought leadership pieces and one video interview
  • Named in all awards communications from October through to May

*The table of ten is the part worth noting. Sixteen seats in total that you control, on the one evening when every senior person at the summit is in the same room and off duty, and you choose who sits there.*

Gold

£12,000 + VAT

FOUR AVAILABLE

  • Shell scheme in the Queens Lounge, mid position with full aisle frontage
  • Choice of one: registration desk, opening video, or the opening Theatre session
  • Two panel nominations, subject to Stewardship Council approval
  • Four delegate passes
  • Two thought leadership pieces and one video interview
  • Acknowledged as Gold partner on all signage, the website and the brochure

Basin Pavilion

£10,000 + VAT

Eight available, one per basin

Built for national associations, clusters, ports and government agencies rather than for a single company.
  • The largest individual stand at the event, approximately 11.5 m², anchored against the operator delegation zone on the top wall
  • Full branding: backdrop, fascia, table and three chairs
  • A Basin Flash slot on the Theatre stage. Three minutes, day one, one per pavilion
  • The corresponding basin room carries the partner name in signage and in the app
  • Three delegate passes
  • One thought leadership piece and one video interview
  • Named on the Queens Lounge floor plan and in all event materials

*Several bodies fund this from market access or capability development budgets rather than marketing, on the basis that the comparison is a trade mission stand.*

Basin Spotlight upgrade

£16,000 + VAT

Three available

Replaces the three minute Basin Flash with a twenty five minute main stage showcase on day one. Available for the UKCS, Gulf of Mexico and Brazil spotlights. Content is subject to Stewardship Council review: a market briefing, not a sales presentation.

  • Either a panel nomination or sponsorship of one named plenary session
  • Three delegate passes

  • Logo on all signage, the website and the brochure
  • Named acknowledgement from the Theatre stage once each day
  • One delegate pass

  • Cross Border Collaboration
  • Wells and P&A Campaign of the Year
  • Yard, Port and Recycling Achievement
  • Innovation in Decommissioning
A category partner receives
  • Presentation of the award from the stage at the gala dinner
  • Named in all awards communications from October through to May
  • Branding on the category throughout

How the awards are governed

The judging panel is published before nominations open. Category partners take no part in judging and cannot win the category they sponsor. Judges recuse themselves where their own organisation is shortlisted. Every winner is announced with a published citation setting out why they won against the stated criteria.

A sixth award, Outstanding Contribution to Decommissioning, is decided by the Stewardship Council. It is not entered and not sponsored.

What We Do Not Sell

Worth saying plainly, because it is what makes the rest of the programme worth being part of.

Speaking positions are not for sale. Panel seats are decided by the Stewardship Council on merit. What a partnership buys is eligibility and priority: an invitation to be considered, and first refusal where two candidates are equal.

The Global Regulators’ Convening carries no sponsorship. No branding, no partner presence, no observers. It is the reason the regulators attend.

The Operator Procurement Forum carries no partner branding. Operators present upcoming scopes and vendor qualification requirements, and no partner is given a platform within the session.
