Put your brand where the decommissioning market does business.
The commercial engine of the summit
The Queens Lounge is the exhibition hall aboard the ss Rotterdam, and it is open from registration on Tuesday morning to the close of the summit on Wednesday evening.
Every catering break, both lunches and the farewell drinks are served on the floor. There is nowhere else for a delegate to go, which means the room works the way an exhibition floor is supposed to and rarely does.
The layout puts the Basin Pavilions along the top wall against the operator delegation zone, shell schemes on the perimeter, and tabletop islands through the centre with a clear main aisle.
Thirty three positions in total. Nine currently available.

The Campaign Forum
Every stand includes access to the Campaign Forum, which is the reason most exhibitors come.
Pre scheduled twenty minute meetings are arranged through the delegate app between operators and pre qualified suppliers, between yards and removal contractors, and between prospective consortium partners. Private meeting rooms are available for confidential discussions, and lunch is served throughout so nothing is lost to queuing.
You choose who you want to meet. The matching runs before anyone arrives.
GEN Network Membership
GEN Network members receive the discounted stand rate and the reduced delegate rate, plus the full GEN Intel suite of thirteen weekly intelligence reports covering tenders, M&A, rig movements, FID activity, operator capex and supply chain indicators.
Membership is £540 a year. It pays for itself on a stand plus a delegate place, or on two delegate places.
The GEN Studio designs roller banners, backdrop graphics and stand branding in house, so your exhibition presence is professional and on brand without a separate supplier.
