Partnerships at DEXS 2027
DEXS gives direct access to the operators, regulators and yards that place decommissioning work across eight basins.

Two conference days
Plus the day three yard tour

Every package is built around commercial engagement, not logo placement.
DEXS gives direct access to the operators, regulators and yards that place decommissioning work across eight basins. Partnership is priced and structured around what a partner gets in front of: named buyers, a main stage, and a matchmaking programme that puts meetings in the diary before anyone arrives.
Eight partnership levels, each with a defined floor position, stage presence and social programme access.
What Every Partner Receives
Before the tiers, the things that come with any level of partnership.
- Named on the DEXS website, in the event brochure and across on-site signage
- Company profile in the delegate app
- Access to the Campaign Forum matchmaking programme
- Delegate passes, by tier
- Access to Happy Hour and the Gala Dinner and Recognition Awards
- Branding across pre and post event promotional material
- Post event reporting within thirty days of the close, covering verified attendance, operator organisations present, countries represented, job function breakdown, and your own referral traffic and registrations
- Design support from the GEN Studio for stand graphics, roller banners and backdrop artwork

The judging panel is published before nominations open. Category sponsors take no part in judging and cannot win the category they sponsor. Judges recuse themselves where their own organisation is shortlisted. Every winner is announced with a published citation setting out why they won against the stated criteria.
A seventh award, Outstanding Contribution to Decommissioning, is decided by the Stewardship Council. It is not entered and not sponsored.
